I had a mixed experience at Tornabuoni Boutique. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the center of Florence, making it super easy to explore the city. However, I faced some trouble getting in when I arrived, and the customer service response was pretty slow, which left me frustrated and soaked from the rain. Once settled in, the room was comfortable with a great mattress for restful nights, but I did wish for more kitchen utensils like a wok.
